• Practitioner Status (India): Our services align with the principles of Naturopathy as recognised by the Ministry of AYUSH.

• Serious Conditions: We do not claim to treat or cure "prohibited" or "serious" diseases (e.g., Cancer, Diabetes type 1, chronic heart disease, genetic disorder, severe psychiatric disorders, medical emergencies, life-threatening disorders/diseases). We provide complementary support only.

• Medication: Never stop or change your pharmaceutical medication without the supervision of your prescribing doctor.

• Emergency: In an emergency, call 000 (Australia) or 102/108 (India).
  

2. External Dispensing of Herbal Medicine

We use a third-party external dispensing model for all herbal medicines and supplements.

• Separation of Fees: Your consultation fee covers the practitioner's time and clinical assessment only. It does not include the cost of herbal medicines, supplements, or delivery.

• External Fulfilment: Once a prescription is issued, it will be sent to an external, professional dispensing pharmacy or herbal dispensary.

• Third-Party Terms: Payment for these products is made directly to the external provider. TheLayersofHealing is not responsible for the shipping, handling, or quality control of products once they leave the external dispensary.

• Safety: It is your responsibility to follow the dosage instructions on the label provided by the dispenser. If you experience an adverse reaction, stop use immediately and contact us or your GP.

2. Terms and Conditions (The "House Rules")

Agreement to Terms: By booking a consultation or purchasing products, you enter a legal agreement with TheLayersofHealing.

• Payment Terms: Payment is required in full at the conclusion of your session. We accept Credit Card, Bank Transfer, PayId, and Wise Transfers.

• Late Cancellation Fees (Less than 24 hours' notice):

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee of 50% of the consultation price ($77.5 for Initial / $50 for Follow-up, ₹1,250 INR  for initial / ₹ 900 INR for follow-up).

• No Show Policy: * Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without any prior notice ("No Show") will result in a charge of 100% of the consultation fee.

• Exceptions: We understand that genuine emergencies happen. Cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion for sudden illness or unavoidable accidents.

• Intellectual Property: All recipes, guides, and blog content are owned by TheLayersofHealing. You may not reproduce them without permission.

• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of this website or our services.
  

3. Privacy Policy (Data Protection)

We take your health privacy seriously and comply with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) and Indian data protection laws.

• Information Collected: We collect "Sensitive Information" (health history) only to provide safe care. We also collect "Personal Information" (name, email) for booking and billing.

• Storage: Your data is stored securely using password-protected cloud storage.

• Third Parties: We never sell your data. We only share it with third parties (like pathology labs or your GP) with your explicit consent or if required by law.

• Your Rights: You may request access to your records or ask for data deletion at any time by emailing thelayersofhealing@gmail.com.
  

4. Informed Consent

By using our services, you acknowledge that Naturopathy and Western Herbalism are complementary therapies. You understand that results vary, and you agree to keep your primary medical doctor informed of any natural therapies you are undertaking.
