Our Approach

True healing happens in layers. Every person is made up of interconnected layers, where one affects the others. When one layer is out of balance, it can ripple through the rest, creating disharmony within the body, mind, and spirit. Healing, therefore, is about addressing all layers thoughtfully, nurturing the whole self rather than just managing symptoms.

Our Approach
is Simple and thoughtful.

This approach draws from the Panchakosha theory, an ancient understanding of human wellbeing, which sees each person as made up of five interconnected layers:

  • Annamaya Kosha – The Physical Body

  • Pranamaya Kosha – The Energy Body

  • Manomaya Kosha – The Mind & Emotions

  • Vijnanamaya Kosha – The Wisdom/Intellect

  • Anandamaya Kosha – The Bliss Layer
